Shopping

Ever wondered how serious / deep / exhaustive / expensive this term is??
Well it all depends on the perspective.. Actually there are lot of categories in it.

Married / have a girl friend, you'll understand it better :)

When she says - " I have not shopped for so long", there is a catch some where.
Beware. Choose your words. Whatever come's out of mouth is Evaluated, Hashed and Saved (I call it "EHS") in a non-volatile memory. Evaluation is done faster than a computer, Hashing mechanism is stronger than what Google has and memory is in Pita bytes).

Your responses-
Option 1: "Yes dear, that's true".
This is a very diplomatic and not-so-safe option. I personally call it not so safe cos dude.. either its your wallet or your time or both. Forget the IPL matches, beer with buddies, fav movie you called for.... Once you say these words, just remember "EHS"

Option 2: "Your Mom got so many tops for you darling??"
He he he he.. Are you kidding.. She never even wanted tops when her mom gave her half a dozen tops. Man you are out of your mind. She never wants tops.
This no doubt will go in the "EHS" but you will get a response - "But I did not shop anything na!!"

Okay.

Option 3: "You went to shop last weekend rite??"
Now come on. You are supposed to know her friends were in town OR they were catching up after a long time OR she had to go to checkout the sale.. that's not shopping. Come on.. how can you even say that.
Just a gentle reminder - data routed via "EHS" :)
Her response - "I had to go for a friend. She wanted to buy something".

Option 4: "Hmm..."
This is the safest of all (not at all times though). If this response is forth time in row... God save you.
Safest cos your gentle "Hmm.." will be followed by a ton of explanations-
"I went for shopping the other day, but I just got boxers for you" (you lucky fellow).
"I went to shop but couldn't find anything"
"I went to shop but damm traffic jam put me off"
"I went to shop but I did not buy anything for my brother / sister / nephew / mom / dad / etc / etc."
And in the end (the best thing I love to hear)..
"I went to shop but didn't buy anything for me"

This is the place / time / locations of stars and galaxies when you are supposed to jump in and say, "Ah!! yes..."
Mostly you'll get full marks. Don't ask me what to do next, I generally go without questioning to Shopping :)
